Clear communication is key: Visuals proved invaluable when presenting initial ideas to cross-functional teams. Sharing low-fidelity designs and visual references enhanced communication with engineers, product managers, and UX researchers, fostering a better understanding of feasibility and timelines.
Prioritisation is power: Juggling multiple projects taught me the art of setting priorities based on project timelines, user needs, and business requirements. Establishing clear priorities and discussing them during meetings allowed for increased flexibility and adaptability.
Embrace proactivity and creativity: Being creative and proactive is a win. Even in new areas, talking to different teams for ideas and feedback brings fresh perspectives to the table.
